Project Development and Execution

PreCom provide a top-class service for the identification, development, management and delivery of projects through the Mechanical Completion, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, Start-up and Handover phases of projects.

We can advise on a suite of digital Completions Management and Commissioning tools including selection of suitable software and incorporate the CCIDS documentation system, including the creation of project documents such as start-up procedures and checklists.
